I just know it.

I was in Galveston this morning and saw tulips blooming – planted-and-growing-in-the-ground tulips. It won’t be long.
You are WAY ahead of us. I see ground, all brown and yuck, and I smell snow…or is it rain? and the tornado sirens are going off as I write this…egads.
Got me smiling — great shot!
There’s six inches of the white stuff still around… might be awhile before we see real flowers coming up out of the ground.
Yup, we’re melted at the moment, but no telling what March will bring…we are learning to be a “wintry” city!
Lovely tulips — and I’m holding you to that promise!
will do my best…reporting in that there are buds on the forsythia bush!
I cannot wait! I am desperate for Spring. I’m heading to DC at the beginning of April (to see Becky and Lisa!) I am keeping my fingers the cherry blossoms are in full bloom. Such a beautiful springtime sight.
Ah, Washington, and in the springtime! You will post some pictures of those famous blossoms, yes?
This is one of the loveliest photos of flowers I’ve seen… thanks for posting; it made me smile 🙂
Hang in there — it’s coming! You’re making me miss my beloved Michigan Tulips…
